Effective project management is the foundation of success in every project.
By, among others, to split up the projects in well-defined phases, it is ensured that we will not loose track even in large, complex contexts. The amount of phases depends on the project type and extents. Examples of phases can be:
Visibility of milestones is the condition for, that we together can create success. We base our project work on review meetings, and we use a long several different self developed checklists.
Another factor for success is effective communication between parts involved. We are founding communication on an open and honest dialog.
The result is competent management of development resources within many different engineering disciplines. In often forced developments that is a condition to have a successful development process.
We offer two roles as project managers, administrative project managers, where the main focus will be placed on management and administration plus technically project managers, where the main focus will be handling and controlling the implementation of the needed technology.
We take care of:
- Current resource management
- Current risks assessment
- Handling deviations plus new demands
- Planning and going through module- and system tests
- Sub-suppliers management.
