Søren has been a partner since 2020 and brings more than 20 years of experience in recruitment and business development within the technical consulting industry. He ensures strong professional synergy by matching the right consultants with projects and plays a central role in strategic development and the optimization of internal processes. With his experience and insight, he is a key figure in the company’s operations.
Jens Arendt
Jens is a consultant manager and has a background as a Master of Science specialized in information technology. Jens has worked with development projects, software and business development for the past 25 years – a large part of which is in the consulting industry. Jens swings the baton throughout Denmark, where he handles customer contact, contract negotiation, task follow-up, recruitment and onboarding of consultants in assignments.

Heino Holm Knudsen
With a background as an elite handball player, coach and salesperson in the engineering industry, Heino is responsible for strengthening Homatic’s outbound sales and consultant matching from September 2026. Drawing on experience in relationship-based sales, competence mapping and candidate matching, he helps find the specialists who fit the company’s clients both professionally and personally.

Thorvald Horup
Thorvald is our CEO and the man behind Homatic, which he founded in 1993. With a background as an electronics engineer, he is passionate about creating technological solutions that make a real difference. It was with this background that he established the company, and with the ambition he leads to this day. Thorvald is in charge of the company’s business and strategy development.
Anders Godtfred-Rasmussen
With a background in journalism, communications and technical knowledge from the dairy industry, Anders is responsible for strengthening Homatic’s storytelling, visibility and marketing efforts throughout 2026. Drawing on experience in strategic communications, content creation, branding and digital media, he helps convey the company’s technical expertise in a clear, engaging and credible way across platforms and audiences.
OUR STORY
Innovation partner since 1993
Homatic was established in 1993 as an engineering and development house specializing in hardware and software. While we started by developing solutions to our clients’ challenges, demand soon grew for our engineers to contribute directly to projects on-site. In 2017, we embraced this evolution and became a consulting house with both permanent and freelance consultants. This means we bring deep technical expertise to every match, fully understanding the complexity and technology behind our clients’ projects. Since 2004, we have held a AAA credit rating and, since 2012, ISO 9001 certification — achieving clean recertification of our quality management system every year since.
