Clarifying your needs

We talk about the project and the task to be solved. What role should the consultant take in the project? What is the goal? How is the team structured? What working conditions do you offer the candidate? Together, we define a requirements specification.

Screening and conversation

Based on the requirements specification, we select a pool of potential candidates and conduct initial interviews. What experience do they have with the specific tasks? How does the assignment fit into their schedule? Following the interviews, we choose the best match for your project and send you a CV. This way, we take care of all the groundwork and present you only with our best options.

Conversation and contract

Homatic arranges and coordinates the interview with you to clarify whether it’s the right match. A contract is then prepared, and the collaboration begins. Each month, we record the consultant’s hours and send you an invoice.

Ongoing dialogue

We check in with you monthly during the project: How is it progressing? Is everything meeting your company’s expectations? Is there anything we can do to support the consultant’s performance? We discuss the same points with the consultant. This ensures strong communication and prevents misunderstandings or challenges from becoming problems.

Completion and evaluation

When the project is nearing completion, we evaluate the collaboration. What can we learn from it? Is there anything we should do differently next time?
