This year’s Gazelle award had a clear theme: In a time characterized by geopolitical uncertainty and rapid change, the strong team is more important than the perfect individual. During the event, former Jaeger soldier and Sirius man Erik B. Jørgensen shared his experiences – and one message in particular was clear: A team is strongest when you know your own strengths and weaknesses and share them openly with each other.
Erik B. Jørgensen’s points hit directly into the way Homatic works. For us, adaptability and innovation are not just about technology and solutions. It is just as much about people.
“For me, a strong team is characterized by the fact that we dare to be open about both strengths and weaknesses. The market is changing, technology is evolving, and customer needs are moving at a rapid pace. Here, we find that the culture in the team – the ability to collaborate, think innovatively and support each other – helps shape the solutions we create,” says CEO Thorvald Horup.
Homatic receives Børsen’s Gazelle Award for the third year in a row.
